We decided on our way back to Esperance to go back into Cape Le Grand Beach campsite settle into our camp spot then go to the granite outcrop, known as Frenchmans Peak, and climb to the summit. A rugged path scales the eastern slope for panoramic views. We conquered the 3 klms return, hard walk......the climb took us 2¼ hours. We came back to our camp spot and headed straight for a refreshing, hot shower and main lunch to appease our hunger. Relaxed for the rest of the afternoon and enjoyed the peace of our camp spot. On dusk a kangaroo came into the camp site near us to feed on the green grass. We wandered over to the beach to capture another magnificent sunset.
Greetings from Paris, just arrived from Nantes. Trip great but France wet & cold, as compared to your lovely weather...... Pleased to see your comment on my blog. Continue to enjoy your lovely trip. Au revoir.................
