Quobba Point Blowholes and Camping Reserve

Rainbow over Blowhole

The weathered limestone cliff extremely rough and rugged

Waves thundering under a rock platform
are forced upwards through a narrow channel, sending powerful jets of spray whooshing up to 20m into the air

 Quobba Point red capped lighthouse

Here we are camped on the ridge of the beach at Quobba Point Camping Reserve

The small but sandy beach at Quobba Point is located inside a marine reserve - is sheltered by an island and a large reef system

Looking south down Quobba Point Beach
A limestone island at Quobba Beach

Sunset overlooking Quobba Beach

This Black-faced Cuckoo-Shrike was just outside our motorhome in the scrub
As a storm passed a beautiful rainbow circled us
